Welcome to “Go Explore Hostel Mayo”. We are a newly renovated budget hostel near Westport on one of Ireland’s most beautiful and interesting westerly islands called Clare Island.
Go Explore Hostel is located in the House of the O’Donnell’s, landlords of the Clew Bay area in the mid 1800s, on top of a small cliff surrounded by open Atlantic waters. Purpose built in 2012, Go Explore Hostel has all modern facilities and hosts an in-house traditional bar with traditional music, dancing, food and craic.
