Located beside Go Explore Hostel, Sailor’s Bar attracts musicians, singers and dancers from around the country and indeed around the world. Travelling musicians are always welcome to join in on music sessions so bring your guitar.
With stunning evening views across the bay to the mainland and great pints of Guinness, Sailor’s Bar is the place to wind down after a busy day exploring the Island.

Sailor’s Bar Clare Island is fast becoming known as a live music venue. Every weekend we have great bands that rock the house. We have everything from lively traditional bands to rock along with the odd wild card thrown in.
